As a respected strategist in Anti Money Laundering (AML) over the years, Dr. John has led transformative initiatives that helped sharpen institutional AML practices across diverse sectors. He comes with a pedigree that lists working at the iconic HDFC group for about 35 years in various capacities. At HDFC AMC, he spent most of his time, being the Executive Vice President – Corporate Client Services and as a Principal Officer – AML, a position he held for over 15 years.

This journey led to his first book, The Goldilocks Approach to AML – Getting There with Artificial Intelligence. The book introduces a balanced, globally resonant framework that integrates AI into AML effectiveness.
